Creativity is having the ability to create something new or find an original solution to a problem.

From my point of view a team can be creative together when the team is having fun. Creative people are people that respect each other and ought to be able to laugh at a good joke once a while.

jokeThe laughter and the humor are an important part of creating creativity. Creativity requires a certain amount of imagination.

In our society there is a lot of emphasis on having to use our brains for our jobs. Our educational programs are all based on our ability to think and thought processing information to create connections.

The ability to create relations between important matters is a unique feature of our break. We are in need of a lot of oxygen by al this thought processing.

Research has shown that our body needs 25% more oxygen in our brain than we do in any other part of our body. However, most of the time during the day we are sitting down behind our computers, desks and kitchen tables.

Our brains hardly ever gets the extra amount of oxygen than it actually needs. By physically coming into action the oxygen level in our brain will increase.

Laughter is an instrument in which a lot of movement is required. The exercises during a laughter workshop are focused on activating the body to get more oxygen flowing to the brain.

Tip

Laugh as much as you can. With each other, alone, under the shower, while driving and while greeting each other at the office.

“Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesize new things”.
